Shipping Policy

Online orders are typically processed within two business days of receipt and shipped based on the selected method at checkout. Express orders must be placed by 12:00 p.m. CST on weekdays for same-day shipping. Larger quantity orders may require additional processing time. Please note that weather conditions or carrier delays may occasionally affect order processing and/or delivery. We offer three U.S. shipping options, with varying delivery times for the Contiguous U.S., Alaska, and Hawaii.

• All contiguous U.S. orders ship via FedEx.
• Orders over $400 may require an adult signature.
• Address correction fees may apply for incorrect shipping information.
• We cannot ship to P.O. Box addresses.
• Alaska, Hawaii, and international shipments may be fulfilled through USPS.
• International orders may be subject to duties, customs fees, taxes, or VAT, which are the responsibility of the recipient.

Acadental is not responsible for delivery delays caused by carriers or for damage occurring during transit. If a package is lost or damaged, please notify Acadental within 10 days of the shipment date. We will assist with the claims process and work with the carrier on your behalf. Photographs of damaged items may be requested to help support the claim. If a replacement product is needed before a claim is resolved, payment for the replacement item and shipping may be required. If the carrier later approves the claim, Acadental will refund the applicable amount.

At Acadental, we strive to provide high-quality products and service. Eligible, unused products may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a refund.

• DTX carious teeth

• Titan and Titan Flex bench mounts
• Charlie Manikins
• A-Block
• Endo Blocks

To initiate a return, please contact Acadental for a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Returned items must be unused, unmarked, and in their original unopened packaging. Return shipping must be prepaid, as COD returns are not accepted.

Once received, returned items will be inspected. Approved returns will be processed as a refund, exchange, or account credit within 30 days. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method and may take 7–10 business days to appear on your account.

Acadental is not responsible for returned items lost or damaged during transit. We recommend using a trackable shipping service and retaining proof of shipment until your return has been processed.

Acadental warrants to the original purchaser that products will be free from defects in materials and workmanship for 30 days from the date of purchase. During the warranty period, Acadental will repair or replace defective parts with comparable replacement parts at no charge. Replacement products are covered for 30 days from the date received. The purchaser is responsible for all shipping and transportation costs associated with warranty service. Written notice of any defect must be received before the warranty period expires. Proof of purchase is required. This warranty applies only to normal use and is non-transferable. It does not cover damage resulting from misuse, improper maintenance, modifications, environmental conditions, power-related issues, spills, accidents, or intentional damage.
